Mike Kiln

Mike worked for Credit Indemnity, a National Micro Finance business, and then African Bank from 1993 – 2006. Over his working period with Credit Indemnity Mike was an integral part of growing the business from a small regional base of 3 branches to a national business of 120 branches – which was eventually sold to African Bank. He held various positions including: Operations Manager, Financial Manager, General Manager and Director of Credit and IT.

John Kiln

John worked as IT manager for Credit Indemnity a National Micro Finance business acquired by African Bank, from 1996 – 2001. During this time he was responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of a turnkey IT system for 120 branches. In 2001 John started Sumit Solutions and has successfully implemented a number of medium to large scale reporting, software and infrastructure solutions in diverse industries.
